Game 1 for the USWNT vs France yesterday was extraordinary! France took the lead in the first 15 minutes of the game leading 2 - nil. Don’t lie nobody expected us to come back from that! Especially since the game had barely started. But to our surprise they did. But that’s not all they did, they exceeded our expectations and went beyond. Not only did they tie the game in the first half with a header on a corner from Abby Wambach and another from Alex Morgan, they gave us two more in the following half by Carli Lloyd from outside the 18 and Alex Morgan with her second goal, to bring home the win for Team USA. But while doing this they became the first team to ever come back from a 2 to nothing lead and win. This shows us that not only is the WNT amazing, they’re destined to be number 1.
